Job Description: Truck Haters is on the lookout for an Outside Tire Sales Manager who's ready to hit the road and put smiles on customers' faces. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, performing product demonstrations, and building relationships with existing customers. You'll also represent us at industry trade shows, stay updated on industry trends, recommend targeted marketing strategies, and provide valuable sales reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers in the commercial trucking industry.

  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations to showcase our tire solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base.

  • Attend industry trade shows to identify sales leads and connect with existing customers.

  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics.

  • Generate and submit sales reports to management.

  • Utilize your knowledge of tires, retreads, and proper application to assist customers.

  • Ability to sell our programs and solutions over price considerations.


  • Proven sales development experience in the commercial trucking industry.

  • Knowledge of tire solutions, retreads, and their proper application.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Flexibility to travel to attend industry events and engage with customers.
